The fitness forcefield

Some trainers know this.


Many don't.


If you're in business for yourself you need to be incorporated.


It's not just for the tax benefits. Though you'd be certifiable not to take advantage of them.


No, the big one is for the legal protection.


God forbid you get sued they sue your corporation, not you personally.


And for those of you who already are incorporated, make sure you are treating your biz like a corporation.


That means keeping track of corporate meetings and minutes.


Yes, they are necessary to MAINTAIN the legal protection of a corporation.


I'm not a lawyer. So if you need more help with this you need to speak to yours.


But make sure you do.


Make sure you cover your butt.


An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure goes for everything. Not just health.
