I'm proud to say that Alwyn Cosgrove is my friend.

I'm happy to say that he's still alive.

The man was diagnosed with Cancer not once, but twice.

And while he will be the first to tell you neither experience was pleasant, Alwyn believes, like I do, that the opportunity to do something positive is always present.

In this case, the opportunity is to raise money for Cancer research.
