These people act in spite of it

I haven't showed you this in awhile.

It's one of my favorite things. It should be one of your favorites, too.

Look at it often.

Why?

Because I know from the emails and coaching sessions with fitness pros lately that they aren't living rule #16.

They are thinking TOO much.

Which means they aren't acting enough.

I've done lots of stupid things.

You'll do stupid things.

Do things anyway.

Print this out and read it daily. But today, focus on #16.
