The Sixty Second Workout

This The Sixty Second Workout is for your brain.

Here's what you do:

- Set a timer for 60 seconds

- First thought: What would you do with the rest of your time if you only worked 4 hours a day? Spend 30 seconds on this one.

- Second thought: What tasks and time wasters can you IMMEDIATELY delegate or eliminate to move you closer to thought one? Spend your last 30 seconds on this.

- Repeat daily
